Description
A hypothetical flag for a free Vietnam if it ever decides to be free of itself. Evokes the old flags, but with the colours and symbols of the county's overwhelmingly dominant religion, Buddhism. Four yellow lines to represent the four noble truths, five red lines to represent the five precepts, the circle in between the four lines the to represent the middle path, and the dharmachakra in the centre for the eightfold path. Bhuddist monks wear maroon robes with a dark yellow trim. The circle and the dharmachakra could also be used as to replace to obviously communist seal of Vietnam.

Truly a beautiful flag design for a future Viet Nam, it really represents the Vietnamese people and culture, and oh boy, this was made in 2009! Considering what digital software was back then, you did an outstanding job!
